My Chawanmushi
Assalamualaikum.. krik krik krik.. hampir bersawang blog ni.. so today just want to share a simple recipe of chawanmushi.. dah lama nk buat lepas 1st time mkn kat Tao dlu tp asyik x sempat je.. here is the recipe from google.. :)
Bahan2:
- sebiji telur
- setengah cwn air rebusan ayam/ air masak
- cendawan shitake
- isi ayam atau makanan laut yg dihiris kecil
- sedikit cili merah
- secubit garam
- beberapa titik soy sauce
- Pukul telur perlahan. Kemudian masukkan air rebusan ayam. Kacau perlahan, jgn biarkan buih terlalu byk.
- Masukkan ayam atau makanan laut dan cili merah ke dalam cawan/mangkuk kecil.
- Tuangkan campuran telur dan air rebusan ayam td ke dlm cawan/mangkuk kecil td dan letakkan cendawan shitake (ia akan terapung). Titiskan sedikit soy sauce utk aroma.
- Kukus selama 10minit dan sedia dihidang.
