My Chawanmushi

Assalamualaikum.. krik krik krik.. hampir bersawang blog ni.. so today just want to share a simple recipe of chawanmushi.. dah lama nk buat lepas 1st time mkn kat Tao dlu tp asyik x sempat je.. here is the recipe from google.. :)

Bahan2:

• sebiji telur
• setengah cwn air rebusan ayam/ air masak
• cendawan shitake
• isi ayam atau makanan laut yg dihiris kecil
• sedikit cili merah
• secubit garam
• beberapa titik soy sauce

Cara2:

1. Pukul telur perlahan. Kemudian masukkan air rebusan ayam. Kacau perlahan, jgn biarkan buih terlalu byk.
2. Masukkan ayam atau makanan laut dan cili merah ke dalam cawan/mangkuk kecil.
3. Tuangkan campuran telur dan air rebusan ayam td ke dlm cawan/mangkuk kecil td dan letakkan cendawan shitake (ia akan terapung). Titiskan sedikit soy sauce utk aroma.
4. Kukus selama 10minit dan sedia dihidang.

Beg telekung utk kakak ipar ~

Kak ipar tempah beg utk letak telekung.. dia nk guna benang thickish yg dia tgk kat website.. so utk beg ni, guna 1 1/2 thickish yarn.. mostly use dc stitches.. hopefully she like it.. :)

My mom's bag ~

Ni present utk mak walaupun besday dia dah lepas ujung bln lepas.. hehe.. gigih nk siapkan.. tambah plak testure benang ni kasar cket tp warna dia warna autumn.. hehe.. maklum le, i ni kan minat warna tanah.. pattern ni guna single crochet, double crochet je.. senang utk beginner level.. so next project nk buat beg utk kwn adik plak..
